As a Channel, how do exchanges work?

If someone bought a product using your channel, they might want to exchange that product within a reasonable time frame. We've made sure to support exchanges and returns to provide customers with the kind of flexibility they need in their purchasing decisions. 

When an item is exchanged for an item of equal value there will be no effect on the channel, as no funds are re-disbursed.

When an item is exchanged for an item of lesser value the difference will be reversed from the initial transaction amount.
